Nature and Landscapes

I'm not a nature photographer: I don’t have the patience necessary to wait for things to happen, for weather to change, for the sun to rise or set; nor do I have the kind of equipment that the great nature photographers possess. Yet, nature beckons me; it's an important part of my life, and I’m happy outdoors in the elements. Sometimes nature or a landscape calls to me and demands that I take a photograph. I always have my camera with me so I approach nature photography as I do other themes: I see a moment that I want to savor, to preserve, to share, and the photograph happens.
